INDEPENDENT CONTRACTING AGREEMENT

Durango Mountain Resort, referred to as CONTRACTING PARTY, and Shaylynn Moen and Naujean
Bellah dba Housekeeping 911, referred to as INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, agree:

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR shall perform the following services for CONTRACTING
PARTY: Cleaning services ranging from Hotel/ Motel to Condominiums or other cleaning related
duties as perscribed by Employing Company, Independant Contractor agrees to represent Contracting
Party in good standing and abide by the policies set down by the Contracting Party.

at the following rate of remuneration: $10.00 per hour, per person(s) paid weekly.

This agreement shall begin on July 16, 2003 and either party may terminate agreement.

Contracting Party may terminate this contract with 0 days notice to Independent Contractor for unsatisfactory
performance.

As agreed upon by the both Independant Contractor and Contracting Party a 1099 Tax Form will be signed by
the Independant Contractor when the sum of $600.00 is reached per individual.

Contracting Party has assured Independent Contractors of 40 Hours minimum per week(s) worked.

Supplies and uniform will be provided by the Contracting Party.

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTING SERVICES. THE CONTRACTING
PARTY PROVIDES NO BENEFITS SUCH AS HEALTH INSURANCE, UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE,
OR WORKER'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE TO INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEDERAL,
STATE AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES.
